"I'm a licensed Private Investigator, licensed Insurnace Agent, and have been investing in Real Estate since 2003. I've discovered the holy grail in real property public record redaction." -RedactMyDeed.com
I've been a licensed private investigator for over twenty years, and I'm also a licensed insurance agent. There aren't too many ways to hide from the public record, or reduce chances of being sued.
It's always important to maintain proper insurance, but there are other methods to protect your assets. One way is to hide your assets from the public record.
If you own real property or titled assets and ever called your county recorder or registrar of deeds, or tax collector, or DMV, they will often tell you it's required to list your personal name. They're not telling you the whole truth.
My profession is finding people and assets, and also protecting them. I literally have a license to investigate privates. And when you use these methods, I cannot find them. Neither can anyone else.
This is a great idea if...

This website isn't offering any product or service, I'm just referring you to a licensed attorney who specializes in this little know secret on how to redact your name from public record. So you can keep your information private. I'm not in the business of hiding property, I insure it or try to find it. I'm just sharing what I learned, in my own businesses, about how some people keep their information private. It will be so private, a private investigator can't find it. But only if it's done correctly.
On our website, you incur no costs as a client or attorney for the referral. The expenses for necessary legal advice, documents and filings are solely between the client and attorney. While this does not serve as a substitute for an insurance policy, it is anticipated to have a comparable added annual cost to business insurance.
Yes and no. Yes, your name could be removed from current and active property ownership records. No, short of anti-stalking or occupational exemptions in some states, it's not possible to remove most historical information. But you won't be searchable on most active property databases, someone does an asset search for you or your company name, it won't show up.
*I'm not an attorney. When you submit your request, you'll receive information about attorney who serves your area and can help redact your name from public records. An attorney can help you verify if this is legal in your area.
NO! Everyone is always required to report transactions and property to the proper authorities, and pay appropriate taxes and fees. They are not, however, public record.
Maybe... If you've got a property you can't make payments on, but have a low interest mortgage, maybe we can help. If you have a probate property from deceased relative and looking for a relatively quick and easy transaction, might be able to help. Even if you're in arrears, in foreclosure, owe back taxes, or property needs repair, might be able to help.
